Spring Edible Flower Butter

• 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)

• 1/2 tsp flaky salt

• 2–3 tbsp edible flowers (petals or small blossoms)

Optional:

• 1/4 tsp lemon zest

• 1 tsp chopped herbs (like chives, dill, thyme, or garlic)


Instructions:

1. Gently rinse and dry the flowers.

2. Mix the butter with salt, lemon zest, and herbs (if using).

3. Gently fold in the edible flowers.

4. Shape into a log or press into a mold.

5. Chill for 1 hour. Slice and serve with bread, crackers, or veggies!
